Cherry Blossom Season in Taiwan [Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall (中正紀念堂) Tairyō sakura (大漁櫻)]


Type of cherry blossom: Tairyō sakura (大漁櫻)

How to get here: Board the Taipei MRT and alight at Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall (CKSMH) Station. Go to Exit 5 and walk towards the back of CKSMH. The flowers of the Tairyō sakura are waiting for your arrival.

Status of flowering: 60-70% of the flower buds have opened.

The Tairyō sakuras (大漁櫻) are located at the back of the CKSMH building.

Professional photographers trying to get good photos of birds dancing in the branches of the sakura trees.
